  • Montessori program

    At The Big Kindness Tree, we are committed to providing an authentic, inspiring Montessori Education for your child. We deliver the proven Montessori method along with phonics-based Language development. Our integrated and inclusive mixed-age and child-centric classrooms ensure children are equipped with life skills and academic skills needed to not just make them ready for mainstream school but ready for life as well.

    Our classrooms are designed to be functional and aesthetically pleasing allowing children freedom of movement and choice. Children are allowed to choose meaningful and challenging work that captures their interest, leading to engagement, intrinsic motivation, sustained attention, and a sense of responsibility to oneself and others. This child-directed work is supported by the design and flow of the Montessori classroom, which is created to ignite each child’s curiosity and to provide the opportunity to work in calm, uncluttered spaces either individually or with peers.

    We offer the below 2 Montessori Programs:

    • Toddler Program for children 18 months to 3 years
    • Primary Program for children 3 years to 6 years  

    Montessori activities are divided into Practical Life Skills, Sensorial, Maths, Cultural/EVS and Language Development

  • Extended Day care

    Our Extended daycare activities are designed to keep children engaged, promote their development, and provide a fun and safe environment for them to learn and play. Activities include arts and crafts, phonics lessons, colouring, worksheet fun, story time, reading books in our library, creative play with toys, legos, role play etc

    Healthy and nutritious AM and PM snacks are included while lunch is available on request for a nominal price.

    Children also have a variety of classes from our Evening Enrichment classes to choose from, to keep themselves constructively engaged.

  • Evening Enrichment classes

    Our Evening Enrichment classes include extra-curricular programs designed for children to participate in educational and fun activities outside of regular school hours. We provide a variety of learning opportunities to students of all ages and interests which include

    The classes are usually held once / twice / thrice a week after school hours, and provide a great opportunity for children to engage in learning and explore new interests while also socializing with peers. These classes help children develop new skills, boost their confidence, and foster a sense of curiosity and creativity. Additionally, it is convenient for parents to send children to one centre that provides multiple classes with varied learning opportunities. We also provide transportation services to safely pick and drop your child for the classes. 

  • School Readiness Program

    The Big Kindness Tree offers a School readiness program that provides a structured yet flexible learning environment tailored for children with special needs, including those with mild to medium severity on the autism spectrum.

    By integrating Montessori principles with evidence-based strategies for autism support, we provide a nurturing, holistic, and sensory-friendly learning experience which helps them develop key foundational skills needed for a successful transition to formal school.

  • Mommy and Me classes

    Our Mommy and Me Classes, specially designed for moms and their little ones aged 6 months to 2 years. These thoughtfully curated sessions offer a joyful space to connect, explore, and grow together through music, movement, play, and meaningful interactions.

    Key features of the Mommy and Me program:

    • Gentle Rhythms & Songs: Stimulate your baby’s senses with lullabies, action songs, and rhythm play.
    • Creative Play & Discovery: Sensory activities, textures, and toys that spark curiosity and support early development.
    • Movement & Bonding Time: Baby-friendly exercises and stretches to strengthen muscles and the parent-child connection.
    • Circle Time & Social Skills: Build routine, encourage interaction, and support early language and social development.
  • Summer / Dussehra / Winter Camp

    Our Summer / Dussehra / Winter camps are designed to provide childcare, education, and recreation for children during extended school breaks, such as summer holidays or Dussehra vacation or the winter holidays. Our camps run weekly based on a theme.

    During these camps, children are engaged in a variety of activities, including games, physical activities (like yoga, self defence, dance etc), art and crafts, creative writing, public speaking, handwriting improvement, splash play, science experiments, drama and theatrical skills, quiz, learning values and virtues, cooking, and the most fun part of our camps which is our weekly field trips.

    The camp provides a safe and structured environment for children when schools are closed with flexible half day / full day options.

    Half Day camp includes AM Snack, while Full Day camp includes AM Snack, Lunch as well as PM Snacks.

    Transportation facility is available upto 3km from our center.

     

     

  • Lending Library for children and adults

    Our excellent lending library offers books for children and adults to borrow and enjoy. Our library contains a wide range of materials, including fiction and non-fiction books, graphic novels, reference books, magazines, and other materials that are suitable for different age groups and interests. 

    Our lending library is a great resource in the neighbourhood for people who enjoy reading and learning. It provides access to over 2500 books that can help people expand their knowledge and interests, improve their literacy skills, and promote lifelong learning.

  • Virtue Education for Children

    Virtue education for children is our Community Service program to provide free Moral / Value / Virtue education that emphasizes the development of positive character traits, ethical values, and moral principles in young children. This program is designed to promote the development of good character, empathy, compassion, and a sense of responsibility towards others.

    Virtue education for children involves teaching children about various virtues such as honesty, kindness, respect, responsibility, courage, courtesy etc. The program include lessons, activities, stories, games, singing, role-play, art and craft activities that help children understand these virtues and how to apply them in their daily lives.

    The goal of virtue education for children is to promote the development of positive character traits, which can lead to better interpersonal relationships, higher levels of academic achievement, and increased emotional well-being. By teaching children about the importance of positive character traits, virtue education helps to cultivate a sense of empathy, respect, and responsibility towards others. This class helps children develop a strong moral compass that will guide them throughout their lives.

    The below Virtue Education classes are provided every Sunday:

    1. Virtue Education for children 4 to 7 years
    2. Virtue Education for children 8 to 10 years
    3. Junior Youth Spiritual Empowerment Program (JYSEP) for children 11 to 15 years
  • Kid's Night Out

    Our “Kids Night Out” event is a fun evening activity every last Saturday of the month (6pm to 10pm). It is designed for children to have a special time with friends while giving their parents a night off. Children are engaged in various activities that are age-appropriate and engaging which include games, arts and crafts, dance, story time and more. Healthy Dinner and refreshments are provided to keep the kids energized.

    The event is supervised by our trained staff members who ensure that the children are safe and having a good time. It is a great way for children to socialize with their peers, learn new skills, and have fun in a safe and supervised environment. It also provides parents with a much-needed “me” time and some time to relax or attend to other responsibilities.
