Brunda Siddaramappa

Brunda is a Computer Engineer by education and worked in the IT industry for 15+ years. With a burning passion for all things Montessori and education for young children, Brunda made the career switch from Computers to Early Childhood Education in 2019.

She is a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator and is a trained Virtue Education teacher. Brunda loves being with children and has been a favourite among children ever since she was a college student, continuing till date. Like Dr. Montessori, Brunda believes that “the child is both a hope and a promise for mankind”, and strives to help guide children to their full potential.

Brunda loves reading books apart from travelling and exploring various cultures and cuisines.

Brunda strongly believes that we really owe it to our children ‘a world that is built with kindness’. In order to do that, we have to model kindness among ourselves and create a culture of kindness in our society. That was how ‘The Big Kindness Tree’ began!

Richa Saraf

Richa brings with her over 12 years of rich and diverse teaching experience across India and international markets.

She has done majors in Psychology and later pursued a professional Montessori Diploma from the AMI-certified Ratan Tata Institute. Richa began her Montessori teaching journey in Mumbai, where she served as a Montessori Directress.

Prior to returning to India, Richa spent several years teaching and training in Dubai, working with children from various cultural backgrounds. During her time overseas, she gained hands-on experience with the EYFS curriculum while working with GEMS Education and other reputed preschools.

A dedicated educator and a warm presence, Richa is also a proud mother who enjoys globe-trotting and is known for her kindness and compassionate nature.

Abha Tiwari

Abha holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from DAVV, Indore, and began her teaching career as a Lecturer in Biochemistry at Christian Eminent College, Indore. She also earned a Certificate in Clinical Research from Tulane University, New Orleans, USA.

Coming from a family of devoted educators, Abha always aspired to be a teacher. From an early age, she absorbed the core values of teaching—devotion, empathy, trust-building, and nurturing sustainable relationships with children. She believes these values form the very foundation on which meaningful learning is built.

With over 6 years of experience working with preschool children, Abha finds immense joy and purpose in early childhood education. She believes that young learners radiate pure love, passion, innocence and positivity—and in teaching them, educators often find themselves learning just as much in return.

To Abha, each and every aspect of teaching is a form of research. She believes research-oriented teaching sparks innovation, inspires endless curiosity, and cultivates mental clarity in children. She is truly excited and grateful to be a part of the vibrant teaching journey at The Big Kindness Tree.

Savitha M

Savitha holds an academic background in Printing Technology. However, it was after becoming a mother to two boys that she discovered her true passion—Montessori education and nurturing young children.

Driven by this calling, she went on to pursue a Diploma in Advanced Montessori and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from SAM’s Academy. With over 2 years of experience teaching preschool children, Savitha brings warmth, patience, and creativity to her classroom.

Savitha firmly believes that the first six years of a child’s life are critical in laying a strong educational foundation that shapes their future. She is a warm and caring educator, committed to fostering a love for learning in every child. Her goal is to create a classroom environment that is stimulating, supportive, and responsive to each child’s unique needs.

Chaitra G

Chaitra holds a B.Tech degree in Instrumentation and Technology. Her love for working with children and deep admiration for the Montessori Method—especially its emphasis on honoring each child’s individuality—led her to transition into early childhood education.

She pursued an Advanced Diploma in Montessori Education (ADME) and an Advanced Diploma in Nursery Education (ADNE), and brings over 4 years of experience in early childhood care and education.

Chaitra is passionate about shaping both the minds and hearts of young learners. Her classrooms reflect her belief in nurturing curiosity, independence, and joy in learning. Outside of school, she enjoys participating in cultural and sports activities, bringing the same energy and enthusiasm into all that she does.

Sunitha C B

Sunitha holds a M.A. in Clinical Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in School Counselling (PGDSC) with a Distinction from Symbiosis. She is a dedicated and experienced School Counsellor with a solid academic foundation in clinical psychology and child development, developed through years of working in reputed schools. She focuses on assisting children and adolescents in overcoming emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges, with particular expertise in designing school readiness programs for children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD, and other developmental needs.

Her approach is collaborative and child-centered, supporting smooth transitions into mainstream or specialized educational settings. She is also involved in conducting personality development workshops and mindfulness sessions for children and adolescents to foster self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence. Her commitment lies in creating inclusive and nurturing spaces that empower every child and adolescent to realize their full potential.

Manognya V

With a foundation in Computer Science Engineering and professional experience at Google, Manognya’s journey took a profound turn when she discovered her passion for early childhood education through the Montessori philosophy at NAFL, Basaveshwara nagar. Inspired by its child-centric and holistic approach, she pursued through a comprehensive training at IMTC, HYMANSHU, Malleswaram, where she deepened her understanding of the Montessori method.

Manognya has also worked with NPS, further enriching her experience in guiding young minds. Known for her patient and compassionate nature, she brings creativity and dedication to her teaching, offering individual attention and support to every child. She firmly believes that Montessori education provides an authentic and meaningful foundation during the most crucial years of a child’s development.

Beyond the classroom, Vani is a pencil sketch artist and a trained Carnatic vocalist, bringing a touch of artistic expression and cultural richness into her teaching practice. Her calm demeanor, commitment to nurturing growth, and creative approach make her a cherished educator in the Montessori environment.

Nayana

With a strong background in healthcare and over 4.5 years of experience as a staff nurse, Nayana has always found deep fulfillment in caring for others. After becoming a mother, her interests gradually shifted toward early childhood development—a transition that led her to discover the Montessori method.

Motivated by a passion to nurture young minds, Nayana joined The Big Kindness Tree as an assistant teacher. She brings empathy, patience, and a genuine love for children into the classroom. Nayana is eager to continue learning and growing in the Montessori environment, while supporting each child’s individual journey with warmth and care.
